Africa, where the story begins
Africa is home turf for us. From the Maasai Mara and Serengeti to the mountain forests of Rwanda and Uganda, we plan journeys that feel personal, not packaged. More than travel… it’s transformation.
-
Kenya
Watch the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara, then see Amboseli’s elephants beneath Kilimanjaro. Best for first safaris and short stays.
-
Tanzania
Follow the Serengeti’s great herds across open plains. Pairs naturally with Kenya for a cross-border safari.
-
Uganda
Trek into the forest to meet mountain gorillas, a quiet, humbling experience.
-
Rwanda
Gorilla trekking in the Volcanoes region, with misty peaks and a calm, well-organised country.
-
Zanzibar
Finish with white sand, spice markets and Swahili culture after the bush.
Beyond Africa, the world is open

When to go
Every destination has its own rhythm. Discover the seasons that often suit your journey, from African safaris and tropical beaches to mountain escapes and cultural discoveries. We tailor recommendations to your destinations, activities and travel dates.
| Destination | When to go | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Maasai Mara / Serengeti | July to October for possible Great Migration river crossings; January to March can also offer excellent general wildlife viewing. | Herd movements depend on rainfall and grazing conditions. River crossings are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates. |
| Amboseli | June to October for generally drier safari conditions. | Early mornings often provide better chances of seeing Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds obscure the summit. |
| Gorilla trekking — Uganda and Rwanda | June to September and December to February are generally drier periods for trekking. | Trekking is possible throughout the year. Rainforest trails can be muddy even during drier months. Gorilla permits should be arranged in advance. |
| Zanzibar | June to October for the main dry season; January and February for hot, generally sunnier beach conditions. | April and May are generally the wettest months. Short rains can occur around November and December. |
| Europe | April to June and September to October suit many city, cultural and sightseeing itineraries. | Mediterranean beach holidays, Alpine hiking and northern European trips have different seasonal highlights. |
| Middle East | October to April is a useful general window for many Gulf destinations and outdoor activities. | Summer heat can be intense in the Gulf. Conditions differ across desert, coastal and highland destinations. |
| Asia | Southeast Asia: often November to April, depending on the country. Japan: March to May and October to November. Maldives: generally January to March for drier weather. | Monsoon patterns vary across Southeast Asia. Japan's climate differs by region, and the Maldives can experience rain throughout the year. |
| United States | April to June and September to November suit many city, cultural and road-trip itineraries. | Climate varies widely by state. Summer suits many northern destinations, while some southern and desert areas are more comfortable in cooler months. |
| Canada | June to September for many summer touring itineraries; December to March for winter activities. | Northern-lights viewing depends on location, darkness, cloud cover and solar activity. Winter conditions vary significantly across the country. |
| South America | Andes: often May to September for drier conditions in destinations such as Peru. Patagonia: generally November to March for outdoor activities. Amazon: seasonal conditions vary by country and region. | The Amazon has distinct wetter and drier periods, but the best window depends on the area and activities. Southern Hemisphere seasons differ from those in the north. |

Questions, answered honestly
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport and destination. Many visitors to Kenya need an online travel authorisation before arrival, and other countries have their own rules. We will point you to the official source and help you prepare, but the final responsibility rests with each traveller.
Can I book from abroad?
Yes. Most planning happens by email, WhatsApp and video call, so you can book from anywhere.
How do I pay?
Payment terms depend on the trip. We explain deposits and balances before you commit.
Is travel safe?
Most trips go smoothly, but no destination is risk-free. We brief you on practical safety, and we recommend checking your government's travel advice before you go.
When is the best season?
It depends on what you want to see. Great Migration crossings, gorilla treks, beaches and city breaks each have different good windows. See the table above; we confirm the best dates for your plans.
What are the wellness retreats like?
Our wellness journeys are offered in collaboration with My Haven (Rest. Reset. Rise.).
Do you handle corporate groups?
Yes. We organise conferences, meetings, retreats, team building and business travel.
Do you offer tax advisory?
Tax consultancy and advisory is one of our six services. It is separate from travel booking.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it for every trip.
